Audiovisual Equipment

In addition to technology resources available for in-Library use via checkout from the Information Commons Desk, the LRCIC has audiovisual equipment that may be reserved for College-related use outside of the Library. The priority regarding the use of this equipment at RCCC is as follows:

  1. First priority is given to the instructional needs.
  2. Second priority is given to the official institutional functions.

Faculty and Staff

Audiovisual equipment is available for use by individual faculty and staff (full-time or part-time) on a temporary basis.  In addition to on-campus use, equipment may be reserved for off-campus use for College-related purposes such as conducting RCCC courses, presentations, public relations or recruiting events. Equipment may be reserved, picked up or returned during the LRC’s operating hours.

 To obtain needed equipment:

  1. Complete the online “Equipment Reservation” form at least two business days in advance of the need.

  2. Equipment can be checked out from the LRC without reservation if the equipment is available.

If equipment is needed for a student’s use within a class period, the instructor must submit the reservation request form on his/her behalf. Students may not borrow RCCC equipment for off-campus use.

Public Patrons

Public patrons may not reserve RCCC equipment.
