Library Assessment: Lending Services

Access services include the following areas. 

• Circulation Services (checking books and other materials in and out)
• ILL (Inter-Library Loan) Services (Lending and borrowing books from other libraries)
• Course Reserves (accessing materials put on reserve by instructors)

These areas are assessed through the library's annual satisfaction survey.
