Both the Annual Satisfaction Survey and the Event/Program Survey are used to assess these areas.

The following survey questions from the library satisfaction survey are used to assess events and programs. 

1. Have you attended a library program or event in the last 12 months (e.g. Banned Book Week, Back to School, National Library Week, Exhibits, Women's History, Scavenger Hunts, Online Trivia, and Contests)? 
2. If yes, how satisfied are you with the library events and programs you have attended?
3. What can we do to improve library events and programs?
4. What ideas do you have for future events and programs?
